The location was perfect, only a short distance to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The facilities were adequate and the price, although a bit on the expensive side was what you would expect from holiday season rates, and comparable to other places in the area for that time period. In general, our stay was fantastic, the personal customer service was amazing, from providing us with wine glasses to offering us a coffee plunger on request, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was lovely and clean with plenty of space to move around and having a microwave in the room was very handy! The bathroom facilities were spotless which is a must when staying away from home in paid accommodation. Customer service was excellent and cannot be faulted! Very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble if we needed something or asked for knowledge about Coffs. We are planning on returning again in the very near future! And definitely recommend others to book your stay at the Royal Palms Motor Inn!

Dan went above and beyond looking after us, motel is extremely clean, the bed was absolutely heaven, shower was perfect. Dan was very helpful in all aspects. It is an older building but the comfort is 5 star. The motel grounds are very clean. Set in a very good location and a short walk to a major shopping centre. We had a very relaxing stay and is our one and only motel to stay in when we are in Coffs Harbour. The shower had the perfect pressure and the toiletries smelt lovely

The host at the reception desk was a superstar. He asked how we were after travelling down and asked if we had eaten dinner. When we said we hadn't, he gave us directions and distances to several different eateries. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He even gave us a couple of free pens! The room itself was very clean and tidy, and the shower jet was nice and strong.

We were overwhelmed by the kindness of the managers of the hotel. Due to a sad family situation. we had to cancel the second night of our accommodation and were refunded the one night’s accommodation fee. Thank you. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel. Elizabeth and Robert
